Boston Market , consistent, good comfort style food , new chicken herb & Parmesan cheese is tasty, meat loaf is good , service is always friendly , I like eating in real plates & silverware like a real home cooked meal. They will even bring to table & cleanup after & don't even ask for a tip. All sides are really good. Brownies are tasty. Drive thru service pickup window - too funky ? Good Value Rating 9 out 10

Boston Market sucks I don't understand why some people like it.First of all Drive Thru is so slow and my chicken tasted like rubber was absolutely gross.Staff is also extremely rude and lie to there costumers about the food.They say the foods in their but it's not I just don't understand or get it.Folks don't go here it's overpriced and the place retards working here.

Absolutely horrible service. After ordering mashed potatoes and cornbread I received Mac and cheese with potato wedges; after asking for them to correct my order I received some illegible Mumble about how I was wrong about my order. Never coming back and I recommend you steer clear

I never thought I'd ever review a Boston Market as is a chain everyone has experienced at least once. But....I was amazed by the customer service! wow, wow! I usually order through a drive through during lunch and I'm used to the bad customer service you get in a fast food place NOT in Boston Market...I ordered through the drive through as was so amazed how my order was ready so quickly, I drove and the the girl had my warm delish food ready! unlike the another Boston Market that I order by phone go and pick up after 15 mins and still not ready ugh. The girl at the window was so helpful, so courteous that I had to compliment her good service and diligence.

I went here today with my mom and it was exceptional. I know its just Boston Market but the service was amazing and the food was delish! The girl that was at the counter was extremely nice and helped us with everything! My mom and I each got quarter chicken with one side and one extra side. Each meal was 6.28. I had the mac and cheese and corn, my mom had the green beans and mashed potatoes with gravy. I LOVE THEIR MAC AND CHEESE! If I'm not too hungry I'd eat a whole side order of it when we go next. The chicken had some fat still on it but it comes off easily. The girl got my mom the tea she wanted and since the cup was too hot she brought it to our table and also took our plates to our table. It was like being served at a fine dining restaurant. And now Boston Market (well at least this one) has dining plates and silverware for customer that are dining in. Before they just put your meal in those black compartment boxes along with plastic wrapped forks and knives and served it on a tray but now they have plates for diners that are eating inside which was a really nice change. And I had the mango smoothie and it was really good. Tasted just like mangos and the girl assured me that it was made fresh when they open and it was. Not watered down by ice more juice than ice. And seriously, the cornbread...I'm just speechless. Ok I can eat the Mac and Cheese and cornbread all day!
